

It seems like months since we’ve seen our lawns. . . And the weather is impacting the market, too. Sales are down in the Northwest Suburbs compared to last year at this time. Realtors used to think of the spring market as beginning after the Super Bowl. Over the last couple years, however (i.e., since the turn), the spring market seems to be starting with the onset of spring-like weather. So, as slow as sales are right now, I think we can expect a spring bounce when temperatures rise. It will be interesting to see how long that bounce lasts . . .
