A couple weeks ago, a reader emailed me this question. It’s one that I am happy to answer. Undoubtedly, Baird & Warner’s website is the best source for local open houses.
I am not just tooting my own horn here. 
The reason Baird & Warner’s site supersedes others is that it lists all of its own offices’ open houses as well as those of competing firms. You don’t have to scour 10 different realty sites; it’s a one stop shop.
So, if you’re looking for open houses in Barrington, Palatine, or Inverness, click on the open house link on the front page of the Baird & Warner site; once you’re on the open house page, click on the Northwest Suburbs in the left margin. From there, highlight the town of your choice and your price range, and up comes all of this weekend’s open houses.
Baird & Warner pulls the data from the local MLS, so if a competing firm’s open house is not listed there, we may not have it. But, we have more opens listed than any other site that I’ve found.
