This is a great house. I showed it a few years ago, and my clients wrote an offer on it. Unfortunately, just as we were submitting our offer, the home sold to the couple who lives there now.
The home was well sought after, and it sold for full price at $534,886. Today the home is on the market for $500,000, and the sellers have done several improvements since they bought it.
Jeff and I will be holding the home open tomorrow (Sunday) from 12-3:00. Stop by and say “hello.” We’ll be there rain or shine (do we get “shine” any more in Chicago? ugh!)
