This home struck me yesterday. I like the simple lines and the light blue trim against the white. I met the homeowner when I took the picture. He and his wife bought the home about ten years ago, before the downtown revival. They have been restoring the home for years. It was probably homeowners like these who started the restoration of downtown Barrington. Their good taste, hard work, and optimism ushered in a beautiful local movement.
